Swine Flu Affects Cruise Itineraries
The Swine Flu outbreak has affected several cruise itineraries over the next few weeks. If you are booked on a cruise to Mexico, please DO NOT cancel your cruise unless it has been announced by the cruise line that your specific ship and sail date have been affected. If you cancel your cruise prematurely, you will be subject to a cancellation fee by the cruise line.
Once it's announced that your specific sailing is affected, the cruise line will also announce your options at that time. Each cruise line is different and may or may not offer compensation as a result of any changes. So, please do not assume that you will receive a full refund. As stated in your cruise contract 9regardless of cruise line), the cruise line has the right to change, omit, or cancel a cruise itinerary for the safety, health, and security of the passengers and crew.
