Best Recommendations: Adult-Only All-Inclusive Resorts
We LOVE "Adult Only" all-inclusive resorts! It's the perfect choice when you want to travel without the kids, if you don't have kids, or just simply don't want to be around other people's children. For the longest time, the only adult-only resorts were also "Couples Only", but that is no longer the case. While there are still plenty of "Couples Only" resorts to choose from, there are now several "Adult Only" options that are ideal for groups of friends, adult family groups, or solo travelers.
Many "Adult Only" resorts are still geared toward couples, but if you're not part of a couple, no worries. These resorts offer plenty for adults who want to be around other adults, couples or otherwise.
Most "Adult Only" resorts provide an upscale vacation experience with great service, cuisine, and entertainment and are located in Mexico, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic The minimum age in most cases is 18+, with the minimum age during Spring Break months (March/April) often is older at 21 years of age.
